Germany surrendered, wasn't about to be taken over by Russia and was surrounded by Allies/Russians. Japan was a seperate island that continued bloody high casuality warfare long after Germany surrendered. Don't get me wrong, I'm not weighing in on whether the nukes were justified or not. But I don't for a second believe that the US would have hesitated in nuking white people. I don't think I've even heard anyone claim that before.
