But you already have sex all the time and she is propositioning. I actually have had a couple gfs flat out tell me that if they ever get super drunk and come on to me, then I have her consent.

Also, on my birthday a few months ago, I got super drunk and my gf was my designated driver. When we got home, I initiated sex and she went with it. Do you think I woke up and was upset I didn't consent?

This is absolutely ridiculous unless your relationship is poor and she typically does NOT want sex. But with a healthy sex life, this is just a regular night whether someone is drunk or not.

I will agree that this may differ from relationship to relationship, but when already having sex 5x a week or so... that is why I asked if they were regularly having sex at the beginning and he responds hy talking about rape. Seems disingenuous.

If uncomfortable with it, then that is fine though.
