Spironolactone - Testosterone blocker and diuretic. That's as annoying as it sounds orally via pills.

All hormones used in HRT are bio-identical including testosterone, of course .
As for your actual question: I first learned of that I was growing breasts around two months in, when I fumbled a bag bundle I was lifting. It slammed into my chest, and I yelped in pain and dropped it. It was pretty bad, and I barely had breast tissue at the time! I imagine the pain is somewhat proportional to the size of your breasts. Can't really say if that was better or worse, but it sure fucking sucked. It's close, I'd say.
