I'm still more amazed that a film that long suddenly had never before mentioned dire stakes about two hours and fifteen minutes into the runtime with zero setup or foreshadowing for it. Honestly felt like the last half hour+ was tacked on to make the movie have grander stakes with no attempt to reconcile it with the rest of the plot.
