I looked it up and it's based on the Peter Jackson version where he's 25 feet tall.

A quick search says that the average Silverback Gorilla is between 5 and 5.9 feet. OP says 5.5, that's about correct. We can assume that Kong was an average size for his species. Another quick search says that the average gorilla penis is 1.25 inches.
If we assume that Kong is average for his species in both size and penis length, and that his size is simply scaled up from the normal gorilla, then we can also assume that his penis is scaled up in the same manner.
The movie referenced is Peter Jackson's King Kong from 2005. In this iteration, Kong is 25 feet tall. Divide his height by the height of a gorilla, then multiply that result by the length of the gorilla penis to get the size of Kong's penis.
(25/5.5) x 1.25 = 5.68 inches (14.42 cm). There are different results according to which survey you look at, but the average erect penis length is somewhere between 5.16 and 5.6 inches. This makes Kong a shade over the average, but still well under the higher end of the much larger range of size found in humans. It's also well within the normal capacity of the human vagina.

If you go by his height in something like the most recent Godzilla vs Kong where he's about 335 feet tall, his penis would be 76 inches long and obviously lethal.
