Otherwise it's next to impossible to get them unless you get really lucky with spawns. It's actually not that bad. Just run up and down the block a few times until some spawn. It doesn't matter where they are, it just matters where you stand when you kill them. Stand in the enemy territory and you can snipe them all the way down the road.
