Topic	Virginia to notify parents if schools intend teaching harmful material

The GOP does this thing where they say something that already exists need to exist. What that means is that they want to brand some new villains. This "parental rights" meme is silly. Parents have not been systematically stripped of their parenthood over the years because society got a little more accepting of minorities. Don't send your children to school if you want no one else to teach them.
