I mean, there's a lot of plants I love to eat.

Corn, potatoes, beets (If they're cooked right), asparagus, I fucking love asparagus when it's cooked right.

If you're talking about meat substitutes, that's a different question. I have nothing against them, though I've never really tried them. I don't see a reason why.

I do eat vegetarian dinners every now and then. I'm trying to expand on that context, but it's always hard to actually cook for it.

My favorite is a potato cooked in a pressure cooker with curry sauce. Makes me want some right now. Also peas.
