Mandatory demos along with changelogs being displayed on the store page. I bought 7 Days To Die on PS4 a few years back after watching a gaming YT channel having fun with it. Only to boot it up and discover the game looked nothing like what I saw and played like absolute garbage. Turns out they outsourced the console ports to Telltale Games before they went tits up and don't have the budget to continue updating. Instead of removing the game from PSN or having a disclaimer of sorts, they just leave it up there and shamelessly take people's money for an early access game that hasn't been updated in 6 years. One of the few times I decide to support a small indie dev and I got screwed over. I know it's partly on me for not doing my research in this day and age, but still..... ... Copied to Clipboard! |
