He told Jen the US military forced him to take the super soldier serum, but he volunteered. Then he forced Sterns to give him the Hulk blood. He has painted himself as the victim.True, but he might actually be decent now and Wong seems to be cool with him. So still uncertain. And it probably is true that he simply thought he was trying to bring in someone dangerous (Hulk) and expected to become more Captain America than Abomination.
