I would make sure you are using low calorie bread, low calorie bbq sauce, and low calorie dressing on the slaw. Counting calories on an app like MyFitnessPal is really easy, I would start doing it ASAP. They got pretty much any food at the grocery store already logged in it (or just scan a barcode and nutrition facts are uploaded), they even have lots of popular restaurant menus and all those nutrition facts already loaded. Also be pretty diligent in measuring out or weighing out your food too.
