I used to be very strict with myfitnesspal so i know the general amounts of food i eat and do add it up in my head but not super strict, just estimate. Yeah i do need to eat some more fruit. Ate an apple yesterday which is a start. I just ate a bunch of coleslaw mix the past few days, isnt that enough vegetables? Lol I do find it hard to incorporate though. Don't know if it will help but also taking multivitamins for anything i dont get through food. I know i get decent fiber with the oats and chia seeds though.
