I probably will eat some more stuff but that was just my first meal. Actually felt so full trying to finish that so im waiting a bit. Need to do some grocery shopping after i get off work tomorrow. And even if i did eat more fruit, its not very picture worthy enough to post it because i dont make it look nice or anything though. Still trying to eat foods i like and add the fruits and veggies with my remaining calories. Want this to be a slow transition with foods i would normally eat and adding healthier options slowly while mostly focusing on weightloss and calories. Because losing weight i feel is easier for me if it isnt mentally too restrictive and so many rules. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick ... Copied to Clipboard! |
