After a certain number of days, any more than that had to get approved at C/VP level, so it just felt like having limited PTO. Except the downside is it was use it or lose it, so you don't roll over and you don't get paid any of it out when you terminate employment. I think there have been a lot of studies that unlimited PTO is usually actually done for the benefit of the employer ... Copied to Clipboard! |
