| Topic | How many meals do you normally eat per day? |

As someone who gets quite a bit of exercise, I feel like I'm eating something practically every 2-3 hours or I'm miserable. See I'm the opposite. I am always amazed by people who can eat so regularly. My wife says I'm weird because I only eat when I'm hungry as I don't really get enjoyment from food and she says that I should. Like obviously there's flavors I like but it's a real struggle to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry so I basically never have desserts which is seems most people can eat regardless of hunger level because they enjoy it. ...
