As far as I can tell both from my own investigation as well as seeing what others have said, all that actually happened was the Gogol that dropped Olippe now drops Vuaga. So in effect, they traded one unobtainable (Vuaga) for another (Olippe) and Dalm is just straight unobtainable both pre and post-patch. I'm personally still in Chapter 7 so it's theoretically possible there are more types I don't have access to but I feel like someone would have found the thing by now if so. --- May you find your book in this place.
