Topic	Another day, another mass shooting.

He was a habitual criminal who had gotten a warrant that morning for first degree murder so he wanted to go out in a ball of flames so he drove around town shooting people and carjacking them. There was no one mass group. The current thought is that he wanted to commit suicide by cop but after he wrecked the 3rd car he jacked that night he was unable to.
