He was a habitual criminal who had gotten a warrant that morning for first degree murder so he wanted to go out in a ball of flames so he drove around town shooting people and carjacking them. There was no one mass group. The current thought is that he wanted to commit suicide by cop but after he wrecked the 3rd car he jacked that night he was unable to. if more than one person is killed, it's a mass murderer if a gun is involved, it is a mass shooting if a gun is even fired in a public place it is a mass shooting going somehow else and killing people there too doesn't suddenly that go away --- send you my love on a wire ...
