| Snake5555555555 09/11/22 9:48:56 PM #72: | Holy shit, that is super fucking sketchy. Glad he didn't do anything more. I started exercising regularly at the beginning of the year. Try to hit 30 squats a day at least, then however many push-ups & sit-ups I can do, with a brisk jog every other day and a hike once a week. Don't go to a gym though, just do it at home.
