I don't know the answer to this but maybe somewhat related, I generally report anything to Door Dash that is wrong with my order to get a refund. If there is a side missing, if ingredients were missing, etc. I'll generally report that and get the money back for it. I don't abuse it and I don't report anything that's untrue.

One time I asked for a side of a sauce on an order, and found that there was not an extra side sauce, so I reported it and got a little bit of a refund. Then I realized that I had entered wrong into the app and had inadvertently requested the extra sauce to be added to the entree (rather than being in a side cup), and didn't realize they had done that. So I hopped on DoorDash support to tell them I made an error and that they could take the credits back, and that I didn't want the restaurant to get any negative feedback or get charged from DoorDash or something. And the support person let me keep the credits and said not to worry, the restaurant won't be penalized

Yeah I've learned to report anything missing even the smallest thing.
I ordered five guys before and all tbe burgers were pretty much wrong toppings or had no bacon or cheese when they were supposed to.
There was no options for no bacon, so i just said i never got the bacon cheeseburger like i ordered lol. No idea how they couldve gotten those so wrong.
