That might be enough to get you through. Even at level 40, if you give her Thrilling Tales as a weapon and 4 star artifacts with HP as their main stat, she should give pretty decent healing. And weren't you using Yoimiya? It's definitely possible to win with her. My first Signora victory was with her as my main DPS.
