Still couldn't get it up to local place quality. I usually didn't have to pay for it though and there were a lot of outside the box options/combinations (including covered pies using 2 thin crusts. I made a really good popper-like pizza. Thin crust, ranch cup sauce base, banana peppers and jalapenos, little bit of pizza cheese, lots of cheddar, another thin crust as cover, a little bit of butter oil, more cheese mix on top) the red sauces and cheeses could use more flavor imo (especially the feta. I had to load it up to taste it) and I like the flatter, chewier dough at local places that uses more flour and less cornmeal when being stretched. --- Always check timestamps... ...
