The telltale signs are the identical bird chirps, but generally speaking, the ones that aren't this have explanations that are less "This is probably it" and more "There's literally footage taken at the same time/day of concrete work being done." Yeah. "Voice." "Strange sound." "Bird." "Strange sound again." "Twig snap." Still think the strange sound comes from a waterphone though, but I'm not finding the video on this. It was some guy inside his garage at night if I remember correctly.
