Topic	Can someone explain the appeal of wrestling?
_____Cait 09/18/22 11:40:25 PM #1:	Im for real. I see people posting about the wrestlers and whatever. Ive always just viewed it as acting and mostly fake-fighting. It is all scripted and meant to sell merch and stuff. The fighting look extremely fake for the most part, and the personalities seem fake as well. The only appeal I can see is either people think it is actually real and the drama is actually happening, or people just like the fakeness and roll with it, like soap operas or Shonen anime escapism.
