He cites Bruen (the recent NY gun case SCOTUS had) and invokes the language in Dobbs about how because it does not "align with this Nation's historical tradition" it is thus unconstitutional. DOJ plans to appeal (would be to the 5th Circuit next), but if this works its way up to SCOTUS I have no faith. --- May you find your book in this place.
