I thought I could settle at $12-13 an hour, but man at my second year it dawned on me that I needed to get out. It hardly pays the bills for me and that job could get replaced/downsized by A.I. sooner than later. Best time to go back to school is now. My manager let me work part time (20-30 hours) while getting full time benefits while I went to school time.. Best decision I ever made for my career, and I'm doing great now.. Although it took me 7 years into my career change to where I am now and happy and pays and benefits are much better.. besides a lot of cool things to learn. --- Less is more.
