So you are wrong. There is plenty ground to sue Train for defamation.

Probably the lawyer OTK hiring to look into this is going to discover this. That is, if infact Miz did nothing of the sort, Train is 100% defaming and he is continuing to do it.

Not to mention if I recall, part of proving defamation is proving intent to harm. The timing of this was right as Miz and others discussed a streamer strike to force twitch to ban gambling.
Clear intent there.
