-She is absolutely nothing like her character in the lore from the 2nd age. She should be married to Celeborn by now and have given birth to Elrond's future wife.
-She was banned from going back to Valinor, and even if she wasn't would never have been convinced to go on that boat. She was interested in creating her own kingdom in the 2nd age.
-The show completely glosses over her powers as being one of the only Elves on middle earth to see the twin trees. She should be able to sense the desires and motives of all those around her, as well as communicate mentally. Her men betraying her in the first episode was laughable for that reason alone.
-She should be much much much older than she is portrayed, and would be taking orders from nobody. She is basically the 3rd generation of all elves, while Gil-Galad is 5th or 6th. The High King wouldn't presume to tell her shit. Nobody goes around ordering their great aunts. She is either a similar age to Cerebrimbor, whose actor looks 40-50, or even slightly older. They don't go into his age in too much detail in the Silmarillon.
This mostly. And there's a lot more. What kinda got to me a bit was the way mithril was handled that last episode...
