Topic	Is it illegal or just unethical to pretend to be in a different country..

People were changing their region to download all the games, some people were getting 10+ a month this way. Eventually they caught on, people had those games wiped they got through the region change process and many got banned. So that said, in some regards it's likely illegal, being in this scenario people passed over paying for something in the US to get it for free from a region they don't live in. --- I feel sorry for the earth's population, 'cause so few live in the U.S.A.
