Topic	Is the only way to avoid Russia/Ukraine news to just avoid news all together.

Western media like CNN, NBC, CBS, etc only cover the Ukraine politician's side. If you hear about the Russian it is rarely from their politicians. It is usually on the civilian or troop level.
