I would compare it to the NHL Finals or whatever the US soccer league is called. The result doesnt effect me and wish I could filter out the news if Hockey or Soccer was on the front page every day. It isnt like reading the Ukraine/Russia news is going to provide me anything insightful on my life. Other than one side winning the war. Which based off the Syrian War could go on for 10+ years.
