BUT FE3 book 1 is much more playable than FE1 because of a lot of quality of life changes. Shadow Dragon is probably the best version despite all of its flaws, given that. It's still not a very good game imo. New Mystery of the Emblem is just a straight upgrade to FE3 book 2, though.
