Im what some people would refer to as a foodie. Ive tried food from every continent, have dined at multiple Michelin starred restaurants around the world including some in the Worlds 50 Best list, and have eaten countless rare and exotic animals and other foods. I can tell you the difference between an IPA and a stout, between a Merlot and a Pinot Noir, and can pronounce Cabernet Sauvignon correctly. Just because I havent tried the latest food craze (which literally just started this last month as far as I can tell) doesnt mean you should go questioning my sophisticated and developed palette.
