Ok, the Happy Meal is the most cost effective item on the menu, it's one of the few "combos" that actually affords a discount As such, many adults get the happy meal just cuz it's cheaper... ...So, if they make adult happy meals and force adults to get the adult happy meals and they are LESS cost effective...
