Topic	eBay sellers who require buyer to leave feedback first...

When I sell I don't give feedback until I either hear from the buyer that they are happy with the item or they leave feedback. I have had too many problem buyers on eBay. The last time I tried selling I actually had a guy say he wanted a refund because USPS Priority took too long(I shipped next day), then after the refund was given he refused to send the item back to me unless I was going to PayPal him $10 to ship it back.
