| kateee 09/29/22 11:23:27 PM #3: | i have had over $1000 of merch sent to me by mistake. i had ordered something and i received someone else's order in addition to mine. i contacted them about it and they asked if i could mail it back. FedEx said that since the package had already been opened, i would have to repackage and pay for the shipping to go back to the intended address. i had to take time on an off day to do that after like two weeks. today i regret not telling them to just fuck off and say i'm keeping the stuff because they did give me that out earlier in the conversation. all they did was reimburse me for the shipping cost. ...
