Both agree that there's nothing there between us and kinda stay friends. Recently she posted an ig of her in the desert with her boyfriend and they were having a good time. A few weeks later I posted an ig story and she's replying saying we should hangout. I tell her I don't wanna hangout with her because she has a bf and that I'd be uncomfortable if my girl was alone with an ex. She tells me this long intricate story of them breaking up and i think nothing of it. A week or so passes and we run into each other at a bar. It's about 2am and we go out for food and she talks about us in high school and how we've changed. I tried to ask her about her break up and it's vague answers. I'm kinda drunk and didn't pick up red flags. Long story short we hooked up. That was maybe 2 weeks ago and today she's posting them together on vacation. It's possible they broke up and got back together but right after we hooked up she got real distant. We weren't super close but we'd respond to IG stories then she started leaving me on read. I've never been the other man before and I feel awful --- The night brims with defiled scum,and is permeated by their rotten stench. Just think.
