Topic	Mafia hosting queue topic

We can keep the queue in there, ping people when sign-ups are posted, and even give everybody their own role so we can do scum and/or dead town chats in there if hosts want to. Okay, maybe not that last one, but we all use Discord for those, so I thought maybe I'd suggest it.
