I don't think that's the point of that passage at all though. It's true not all trans people need to medically transition, and that they're just as valid as those who do. It's also true some will pursue certain procedures and not others. But it's also true many/most do medically transition in one way or another, and for them, going through the wrong puberty is a horrific trauma that ought to be averted if at all possible.

I didn't think it was intentionally exclusionary, just a point I like to include because I've met a few people who don't plan to transition and tend to get ignored.

Probably not the best time to dilute the message though, I follow you.
