Not particularly. Officially, as in this is what the police have said, the dog was shot by someone other than Boebart (another neighbor is reportedly the culprit) while on Boebart's property. Reportedly the dog also attacked Boebert's goats, but the way it is consistently worded makes it hard to tell if the goats were previously attacked or if the dog was in the process of doing the attacking (wording that I can't but feel is intentional due to its consistency). Mind you, the neighbor who did the shooting admitted to doing so as well as having shot another dog last year under similar pretenses.
