They were preaching about Hitler and how the Aryan race is superior, blah blah blah. In front of God and everybody(including on, off, and plainsclothes police officers) and on video, a man walks up, behind them and busts a cap in their ass, relieving the Nazi of their life instantly. The man then exclaims "You get what you fucking deserve" and discards their weapon to the side as officers intervene to arrest him. The evidence is overwhelming. The man however refutes the claim that he killed a person or did anything wrong, and that Nazis are not human and the rule of law should not protect them and any decent society would do the same and relieve them of their existence much the same way. Do you vote to convict the man of first degree murder? Or do you nullify the jury and refuse to convict even in the face of incontrovertible evidence and dozens of witness testimonies and video evidence of said man killing said Nazi?
