adjl 10/22/22 4:14:50 PM #12: | A splash of milk per egg, salt, pepper, and hot sauce all mixed up before they go in the pan. Sometimes, I'll leave out the hot sauce and do garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of cayenne instead, but the hot sauce is easier. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll sautee up some mix of onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms cook the eggs in the same pan, then add cheddar, but that's way more involved than my usual approach. --- This is my signature.
