In high school me and my buddies would play MTG at lunch so eating was less of a priority. that being said my bestfriend would get the "sandwich" option rather it be a sandwich, burger, etc and put everything else on it. and I mean EVERYTHING else that they gave him, Veggies, mac n cheese, a goddamn cookie or brownie. EVERYTHING. Shit was gross. I know some people do. But like In said above, most go for taste. Even the people that eat to live would rather have stuff taste good. Not reason to stuff everything on a sandwich. I say this as someone who worked at Subway. Not many people just stuff sandwiches with everything Most know what they liked, and what they didnt. And would even ask to not put too much of certain things As for eating, even if I only ate to live, Id rather it taste good.
