About ten episodes in.

I knew Jeri Ryan joined the cast as Seven of Nine eventually, but not when. Earlier in season 3 when they first encountered that colony of former Borg, I thought she'd be introduced. But it's a lot cooler that she was full on Borg when they found her and we're watching her entire process of becoming human again. Really liking the character. The show overall seems to have just kicked things up a notch.

I'd always heard so much about how Sisko was the loose cannon captain, but damn, Janeway is a bad bitch and I am here for it. Though I think it is called for. As precarious a place as DS9 could be, the Voyager crew is going THROUGH IT. The Year of Hell was crazy. When Janeway ordered the crew to abandon ship

My impression is that it's considered the worst of the original Trek revivals but I'm really loving it. Casting Voyager off into the Delta Quadrant 75 years from home was a really bold choice, imo, considering it severely limits the options of so much of what Trek had built upon.

Shout out to my girl Kes for ascending to a higher plane of existence and shaving 10 years off the trip home.

Anyway, I wonder if Seven was well received by the audience at the time? A Borg? On MY starship? It's more likely thank you think.
