And here's the thing. I'm actually having fun while playing it. But I recognize that it is a deeply deeply flawed game that was nowhere close to being in a releasable state.

i have a good friend that loves pokemon as much as me but they absolutely shut down when faced with any sort of criticism. happened with swsh, not gonna try it with them with SV

like if you cut out the performance issues this game is an easy 7.5/10, make texture resolution/distant views better it's a 9/10. but jesus we need to talk about the issues

SwSh, for all its flaws, did a number of things way better than SV. I legit dont know why they wanted to reinvent eating food in such a shitty way, nor why they wanted to make battles occur in the open world (it just looks worse), and gym leader boss fights are visually so much worse...
