I've gotten better with drinking in my 30s actually. There was a time in my 20s where drinking more than a few drinks just put me to sleep. Now I can handle more alcohol without falling asleep, though I rarely get more than a heavy buzz. I am sure actual hangovers(the kind where your entire next day is shot and everything feels like pain, not just a groggy start where you recover after) would probably suck worse than in my 20s, though.
