You are not a mentally healthy person in many ways, and I think your mental health is deteriorating and your quality of life is going with it, but that's not a matter of there being a single turning point where everything went wrong. More importantly, that's not irreversible, so characterizing it as "my life has gone wrong and I can never fix it" doesn't make much sense and is going to actively impede your ability to improve your life until you stop thinking that way.
