And people who grew up with the first two also hadnt grown out of their angsty angry nerd phase yet so it was cool to hate on it. Ill gladly take it over the fourth movie which, while still good, is just a little too serious and the ~~main characters not even really being themselves for nearly the whole movie~~ kind of bothered me.
