Yeah I guess. Ive been aware of my problems since 2018/2019 and Ive made huge progress but I thought the feelings and thought would change with it.

You on any meds? The energy it takes to do this sort of stuff can cause some recoil. Not always, but it's a thing I've experienced in similar pursuits.

Nah last I had ssri (only thing I was on) was around winter 2020
