I basically requested a cancellation and refund via email today. I received four emails from them. 1.) Confirmation email 2.) Order is processing 3.) Day 10 - order is processing, we're sorry 4.) We'll look into it (I inquired as to if the product would arrive by the end of the month) No response after two business days This morning I said I wanted a cancellation and refund via email.
